Mr. Wangs Chinese Buffet

Mr. Wang's Buffalo Wangs
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken legs, cut in to large
(thumb-size) pieces
1 teaspoon oil
3 cups water
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon cooking wine
2 teaspoons garlic hot sauce
(Jalapenos, optional black pepper to taste.)
Clean chicken meat and cut in to large pieces.
Heat wok and add 1 teaspoon oil.
Add all other ingredients (except chicken) into wok.
Once all ingredients have been blended, add chicken.
Cook on high heat for about 5 minutes.
When mixture begins to boil, reduce heat to medium and cook
for about 10 minutes more.
Remove and serve.
(Note: We prefer using canned jalapenos. for the amount
prepared in this recipe, we would use about 1 to 2 teaspoons.)
