Mr. Wang's String Beans


2 pounds string beans
1 teaspoon dried shrimp
1 green onion
Small piece of ginger
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon MSG
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 cups oil
1/2 cup water

1. Cut string beans in to sections about 4 and 2/3 inches long.
2. Clean and chip dried shrimp.
3. Shred about 1 teaspoon green onions.
4. Chop 1/2 teaspoon ginger.
5. Deep fry string beans in hot, 425 degree oil for 5 minutes. Remove.
6. Add 1 teaspoon dried shrimp,

7. Stir fry over medium heat until dry.
8. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon shredded green onion and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Stir evenly.
9. Remove and serve.
